The Promotion is open to individuals who live in Mackay & Moranbah areas (“Entrant”). Corporations, companies, body corporate bodies, groups, organizations and any other corporate bodies and non-corporate bodies are not eligible to participate.
Employees, and the immediate families of the Promoter, and of DentalCareXtra are ineligible to claim. 8.4) From April 14th to 25th, visit our Facebook page and like your or your child’s artwork and invite your friend as well.

8.5) The artwork that will gather the highest likes will WIN.

8.6) If there is a draw at any point – names will go into a hat (of sorts) and be drawn fairly.

This is a game of chance, each category of the social media post (i.e. your picture) that gathers the highest likes by 11:59 AM on April 25th, 2022 will be an overall WINNER
All Entries must be the sole work of the Entrant. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be posted to each Practice Facebook page for voting by the Promoter.

The overall winner from DentalCareXtra Moranbah, DentalCareXtra Mackay, and KIDS will be announced n our Facebook pages on the 27th of April 2022.
The winner must claim the prize on our Practice for taking pictures upon receiving the prize and will be posted on our Social Media channels. If a winner can’t claim their prize until 30th May 2022, the Promoter may undertake a further review of the Entries received in the Promotion and draw a new winner for the Prize Promotion Question, subject however to any directions given by any applicable gaming authorities. The winner of any unclaimed Prize will be notified via Messenger.

Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected Entries Forms.
Incomplete Entries and Entries received after 11:59 AM AEST on the 13th of April 2022 will be deemed invalid and will not be processed. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible Entry Forms will also be deemed invalid.

Miscellaneous

The value of the Prize is accurate at the time of printing and no responsibility is accepted for any variation in value after that date. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prize in the Prize Promotion with a prize of equal or greater value (including where the Prize is unavailable). The Prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any Prize is the responsibility of the winner.
